  ORM-D marking

Regulatory Update: Consumer Commodities & ORM-D

PHMSA is reconsidering the timing of phasing out ORM-D package markings. The regulatory body's May 25 NPRM extends the acceptable use of that marking for domestic ground shipments to 12/31/15.
