New Hazmat Law Gives New Powers to DOT Inspectors
MAP-21: If a DOT Inspector has reasonable cause to believe a packaging represents an imminent hazard, he or she can open and inspect that package.


OSHA's New HazCom Standard May Require Changes in Your Packaging
